Minggu ni sungguh menyiksakan, so aku kurangkan sikit aktiviti atkins ku... cough yang tersangat-sangat teruk, dengan demam panas, flu lagik menyerang.. segala tulang temulang ku macam kena letrik.

Morning : Chicken Fried, omelette with sliced hotdog and homemade coleslaw (chopped cabbage+carrot with mayo n squeeze of lemon juice)
Afternoon : Ginger Chili fish stir-fry, scrambled egg with sliced hotdog and homemade coleslaw.
