FASA 1 : WEEK 2 (ATKINS DIET 3-9APRIL)

Minggu ni sungguh menyiksakan, so aku kurangkan sikit aktiviti atkins ku... cough yang tersangat-sangat teruk, dengan demam panas, flu lagik menyerang.. segala tulang temulang ku macam kena letrik. 

Ok, resepi ku utk minggu ni...


DAY 3
Morning : Yuan-Yuan Restaurant. Soup Beef, Prawnball and wantan. Forgot to take picture.

Night : Chicken Curry and stir cabbage.


DAY 4
Morning : Sunny side, Malay spiced fried chicken, cucumber and stir-fry cabbage.


DAY 5
Morning : Chicken Fried, omelette with sliced hotdog and homemade coleslaw (chopped cabbage+carrot with mayo n squeeze of lemon juice)

Afternoon :  Ginger Chili fish stir-fry, scrambled egg with sliced hotdog and homemade coleslaw.


DAY 6
Morning : 2 boiled eggs coleslaw, forgot to take picture.
Afternoon :
Atkins chicken grill, atkins chicken nuggets and homemade coleslaw.



DAY 7
Semua lupa ambik gambar laaaaaa. tau la bingung-bingung...
Morning : 2 half boiled eggs, sliced cucumber,
Evening : Beef burger, water spinach stir-fry, omelette,
Night : outside food



DAY 9
SKIP NO 8. Tah kenapa aku tiada gambar.. n aku langsung x ingat apa aku makan..sebab sini lah penyakitku bermaharaja lela.....

DAY9
Morning : Outside food (fried chicken, chili prawn, and rendang beef.
Night: Ginger chili fish stir-fry, half boiled egg.


p/s : macam mau gila la minggu ni...tapi happy gak, sbb dah turun 7kg untuk 9 hari atkins diet ni.. syukur alhamdulillah. tp aku kena truskan fasa 1 ni utk 2 bulan.
