(ATKINS DIET) Fasa 1 : Week 2



Minggu paling buruk. Tersangat banyak cheat day ya...



DAY 10
Morning : Outside Food ( Soup Wantan,beef, Prawnball) 

Night : Chicken Salad (Grill chicken, boiled egg,salad,cucumber,holland onion, olive oil,paprika,salt,beef curry powder and mayo)



DAY 12
P/S :- DAY 11, cheatday

Morning : Sauteed eggs with holland onion,sausages,cucumber and chicken nugget.

Evenng: Grill Fish, Sauteed egg with holland onion and sambal.




DAY 13
Morning : 1 Currypuff

 Afternoon : Fried Chicken and omelette with holland onion and chopped chili. 

 Night : 2 beef patty burger, omelette and steamed corn

Day 14 : cheat day again and again and again...

Last-last. aku kena mula balik dari awal fasa pertama. sebab terlampau banyak cheat day.
